- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM systems.
Responsible For
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote our services/products.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information about our offerings and clarify any questions or concerns from the customer.
- Schedule appointments for field representatives to meet with prospective clients.
- Keep a record of all interactions, calls, and customer information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements to the sales process.
Additional Requirements
Candidates residing in or near Dombivli and Thane will be preferred.
